Information on the project
berlinerstrasse.net was an English blog about Germany. It featured information about current news in Germany for people who live in a foreign country. There were different categories like politics, economy or general events. However, I also tried to include information about basic knowledge which was then stored in Good to Know. I thought that this could for example help people who are considering immigrating to Germany.
Due to my alternative to military service which we still have in Germany, I stopped the project in July 2010, because I did not have enough time and resources to inform about current political topics deliberately and write articles. The whole website has been copied to an archive as the domain will be reused.
